Membership Information

• $50 Annual Membership for 2026 season (January through December 2026)
• Members must be a resident of Hawai'i Island
• Tournaments are planned for this season at various golf courses on the Big Island for the BIJGA members ages 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18. Membership eligibility shall end on:
• August 31st following his/her 18th birthday; or When he/she starts a post high school or post-secondary level educational or vocational training program and is employed; or Subject to Board approval. Club Plays will be scheduled throughout the year/season and will be open to all age groups whenever possible. Support is needed in many areas, so please expect to be called upon to assist the various committees assigned to ensure that your child's golfing experience is not only challenging,
• Refunds: The membership fee is non-refundable. Players who withdraw from a tournament before an event's entry deadline will have their entry fee returned minus $10.00 for handling. There will be no refunds for a tournament in other situations, unless approved by the Board of Directors, and minus appropriate handling fees. For Club Plays, refunds are at the discretion of the Club Play Committee, minus appropriate handling fees.
